Your access to and use of the Goal Buddy Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Goal Buddy Services. By accessing or using the Goal Buddy Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access or use the Goal Buddy Services.

Our Goal Buddy Services may contain links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Goal Buddy Foundation. We welcome your comments about our Goal Buddy Services. However, we will not review or consider any unsolicited creative submissions or suggestions for topics on our blogs, podcasts, seminars or within our newsletters. We hope you will understand that this policy is intended to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings in the event that ideas developed by our staff might seem to be similar to the ideas submitted to us. Accordingly, we must ask that you not send us any original creative ideas, suggestions or materials.

HOW AND WHY WE COLLECT INFORMATION
We collect your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. As a user of our Goal Buddy Services, you can engage in many activities without providing any personal information.
If you opt-in to receive our newsletter, you will receive email updates. If you do not wish to receive this free newsletter, you may opt-out at any time. We include an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email we send.
When you use our Goal Buddy Services, we or our authorized technology services provider may also collect certain technical and routing information from you to facilitate your use of the Goal Buddy Services.
